Trinity College Student Accommodation & Cambridge Union Society Refurbishment

The new 45-bedroom graduate student accommodation scheme is located on a part of the site of the world-renowned Cambridge Union Society, on Round Church Street. The project for Trinity College features six postgraduate studios and 39 cluster bedrooms, along with a mixture of restaurant space, bicycle storage facilities and plant rooms on the ground floor and basement level. The project also consisted of the refurbishment of the existing Cambridge student union building. Works were completed during the Covid 19 pandemic but were completed on time, within budget and to a very high standard.
