SCL London have now commenced work on site with our valued client Wates Group Wates Residential at Grahame Park, Plot A, Hendon; which will consist of 209 new build apartments & houses and improved outdoor spaces as part of the Grahame Park regeneration.
Plot A will provide 60 social rented homes ranging from one to five bedrooms, 149 one- and two-bedroom homes for shared ownership across five new blocks as well as communal green spaces and a small supermarket. The site is currently underway and is expected to be completed by 2023.
Our scope of works include the SFS Framing & Drylining packages, SCL will provide a “One Visit” Party Wall which includes 1st & 2nd Fix, plus electrical conduit drops, bathroom POD positioning and fire taping in one visit only
