SCL London will continue to work in partnership with Barratt West London on the Eastman Village development in Harrow View East by carrying out works on Block J which will consist of 211 units in 3nr blocks (SFS Package) and 142 units in 2nr blocks (Screed + DryLining). This is in addition to works that are underway for Blocks A1/A2, K & L.
Home to the Kodak Factory for 125 years, this impressive regeneration development will provide up to 2,000 homes in addition to planned restaurants, cafés, shops and offices set around a landscaped park creating a new leisure, business and residential destination. The area will benefit from two new schools, 3,000 new jobs and fast transport links to central London.
As part of the £1.75bn regeneration programme by Harrow council, investing in Eastman Village is a great opportunity for capital growth.
