SCL London will continue to work in partnership with Barratt London on the Eastman Village development in Harrow View East by carrying out further works on Block J4 & J5 which will consist of 100 new apartments. This is in addition to works that are underway for Blocks J1,J2 & J3.
Home to the Kodak Factory for 125 years, this impressive regeneration development will provide up to 2,000 homes in addition to planned restaurants, cafés, shops and offices set around a landscaped park creating a new leisure, business and residential destination. The area will benefit from two new schools, 3,000 new jobs and fast transport links to central London.
