SCL London are pleased to continue working with our valued client Wates Group, Wates Residential at Luxborough Street, Westminster.
The council has been granted planning permission to build new affordable homes and a community space in Luxborough Street in Marylebone ward.
In total, this project will deliver: 14 new affordable homes for intermediate rent, a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom homes, offered to local people first through a Local Lettings Plan, landscaping improvements to Luxborough Tower Gardens and a flexible space for community use.
Our scope of works will include: SFS, Cladding, Copings & Drylining for work completed on the 14 apartments and nursery.
