A regeneration scheme of national significance, Meridian Water has been identified as London’s nationally significant £6bn major regeneration project that will deliver over 10,000 homes and thousands of new jobs in Enfield over the next 20 years. SCL London have already been working in partnership with Vistry Partnershipson on Phase 1a.
