SCL London will take on the development of 300 new residential units across 4 Buildings at Meridian Water in London, which is the first phase of a major regeneration scheme which is currently earmarked to deliver over 10,000 new homes.
Regeneration Specialist, Vistry Partnerships London, have been working hard behind the scenes to develop these plans with Enfield Council in the hope of transforming this area into a vibrant new place for people to live. Construction of the new homes is due to start in the summer of 2021 with the first homes due to be completed in Q4 of 2022.
