During this project, SCL London worked on 45 apartments and 3 houses which were one of two schemes in Woolwich, as planned by The Southwark Housing Association.
Works involved demolition of all existing buildings and the erection of a part four/part three storey building consisting of 10 x three bedroom apartments, 21 x two bedroom apartments, 14 x one bedroom apartments and 3 x two bedroom houses with associated car and cycle parking
